I don't believe in one size-fits-all pricing. Some owners want full-service hosting; others just need help getting set up or covering while they're away. I offer flexible arrangements based on what your property needs and how involved you want to be. Most of my full-service clients pay around 20% of gross booking income- a bit lower than many management companies in the area. I keep things simple, clear, and performance-based: no hidden fees, no markups on cleaning, and no long-term contracts. I want it to feel like a partnership, not a subscription.
